At Netpc we provide services to our customers and partners through support contracts and project contracts. The maintenance and technical support contracts are tailored to the needs of each customer. This allows us to offer the most comprehensive level of support, while keeping costs realistic.

The monthly/annual technical support package includes:

  • - Consultancy services for the evolution - upgrade of the computerised equipment, with the creation of a detailed cost and time plan.
  • - Immediate priority in servicing the company in case of failure
  • - Priority for immediate service, including immediate priority for the implementation of the project, including the following
  • - Daily e-mail reporting in case of failure
  • Weekly check of your equipment
  • Unlimited remote support
  • Unlimited telephone support

The procedure for concluding a technical support contract is as follows:

  • - Inventory your company or office needs with the help of one of our business consultants.
  • - An audit and inventory of the systems, software and network equipment you wish us to support.
  • - Suggestion for arranging or upgrading existing equipment and network.
  • - Signing of a detailed technical support contract either on a monthly/annual subscription or pre-purchase of technical support hours.
