In any case of emergency, the experienced staff of the Central Monitoring Station will alert the Authorities and any other persons who need to be alerted. At the same time, it will provide, where appropriate, the first advice/instructions to deal with any danger.

- Operating Procedures defined in accordance with international standards (British Standards), adapted to the legal, social and operational framework of our country.
- Signal Management Procedures: in any emergency, the experienced personnel will proceed to the notification of the Competent Authorities, the authorized persons of the customers and the G4S patrol (if this service is available), while providing, where applicable, the first advice/instructions to deal with any risk.
- Telephone Conversation Recording Procedures: Ensuring and confirming, on demand, the operators' communication with both the relevant authorities and the selected managers of each subscriber.
- Backup Procedures: daily Backup of the program with the customer file and their historical record. This data remains in memory and is available to the customer.
